MAKING TO ORDER
We make many of our clothes the old way, by hand, in our Southwold workshop. And in many cases we make to order. So there may be a wait for some Blackshore order to be delivered. Waiting times for made-to-order garments can be as little as a week, but can be up to two weeks for certain items.
We will give a delivery time estimate when you place your order.
All our garments are made to the highest standards.
If you are unhappy with your garment we offer either an exchange or credit note or refund on any purchases as long as the garments are returned to us unworn, complete with all original tags and labels and in the original condition. Garments can be returned as long as we are informed of the return within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returned orders must be received by us within 14 days from the date of notification.
Made to Measure and Bespoke garments cannot be returned.
We accept payment via all major debit cards, credit cards, and via Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, and PayPal. We do not currently accept payments via Solo, Electron, or Diners Club.
All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail Signed For™ service and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
Overseas deliveries are also made using Royal Mail Signed For™ service.

- International orders must be over the value of £100
Please note that shipping charges are added automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your order is being shipped internationally, customs charges and taxes may apply, depending on your country, that you will need to pay directly prior to delivery. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you need to return or exchange any item within your order please do so within 14 days of the delivery date.The garment must be received by us within 14 days of notification. If you would like to return an item outside of the specified 14 day returns period you must contact our customer service team in advance or the item could be automatically returned to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Made to measure garments are non-returnable, if you have any issues with sizing, please get in touch before the order is placed to ensure they're correct.
To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

All products must be returned in an unused condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund (up to the value of the contract price) where the value of the product is diminished from your handling, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved.
Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of receiving an approval notification please check pending transactions with your bank or credit card provider.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund please send details of your order number and shipping address to email@example.com.
To request an exchange please add a note on your paperword with the size and style required and return it with the item(s).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you received a Blackshore product as a gift and would like to exchange for an alternative size or style, we would be happy to do this as long as the item is in an unused condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with further details regarding your request.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by Blackshore and proof of posting by a trackable service may be required if the item is not delivered back to Blackshore HQ in Southwold.
