We accept payment via all major debit cards, credit cards, and via Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, and PayPal. We do not currently accept payments via Solo, Electron, or Diners Club.
All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

Please note that shipping charges are added automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly prior to delivery. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you need to return or exchange any item within your order please do so within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to return an item outside of the specified 30 day returns period you must contact our customer service team in advance or the item could be automatically returned to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
All products must be returned in an unused condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded (up to the value of the contract price) where the value of the product is diminished from your handling, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved.
Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of receiving an approval notification please check pending transactions with your bank or credit card provider.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund please send details of your order number and shipping address to email@example.com.
To request an exchange please complete the form provided within your delivery and return it with the item(s) you would like to receive in an alternative colour or size.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you received a Blackshore product as a gift and would like to exchange for an alternative size or style, we would be happy to do this as long as the item is in an unused condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with further details regarding your request.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by Blackshore and proof of posting by a trackable service may be required if the item is not delivered back to Blackshore HQ.
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive and exchange your items may vary.
PRE-ORDER OFFER TERMS OF SERVICE
During our sampling and pre-production period in Winter/Spring 2018 we are offering site visitors the opportunity to pre-order from the Blackshore collection.
Pre-orders made using the discount code LAUNCH at the checkout will receive a 25% discount off the list price of the item(s). The standard shipping charges will apply and are not discounted.
These pre-orders will be delivered in Summer/Autumn 2018 as they become available. Any pre-order can be cancelled at any time for a full no-quibble refund.
In the event of the company being unable to deliver the exact item ordered, product(s) of equivalent value will be offered, and if these are not acceptable to the customer a full no-quibble refund will be made.
Statutory rights are not affected.
